"Rejuvenating, Empowering and Educating the Community"
RRCDC is a nonprofit 501(c)3 charitable organization created by Rev. Dr. Wayne E. Croft, Sr. in '2000' to help in revitalizing the Point Breeze community in South Philadelphia.
RRCDC has been effective in locating viable resources and information that has created change in the lives of the people within the community.

RRCDC is a 501(c)3 charitable organization that seeks to revitalize, rejuvenate, educate and empower the Point Breeze community through effective socio-economic development and housing.
COMMUNITY EDUCATION FORUMS The community education forums are developed to provide community members and neighbors effective socio-economic resources that will help them to obtain quality lives. These community groups have been instrumental in outreaching to more than 6000 individuals and families since its conception in 2000. Some of the community education forums were:
• Domestic Abuse and Violence Education
• Mental Health First Aid (Adults & Children)
The purpose of the Women At Work Operation (WAWO) is to provide training in basic home repairs to help women (ages 18-80) to defray the rising cost of home repairs.
Home Repairs 2018
WAWO provides affordable home repairs executed by maintenance contractors that are invested in assisting families to obtain affordable home repairs. These services are available to WAWO members only.
WAWO Membership
Individuals (ages 18-80) that are interested in becoming members must:
• Register at 267-319-4394 and leave your email address and phone number.

Note: To our 23 community partners (all BCC'd so you can REPLY easily) because, on Wednesday, we plan to "go live" with our new website! One of the new features will be a listing of our now-quickly-expanding list of places ("Pardon Hubs") where people can go to get information about criminal records and how to get rid of them. I am writing this email to you because your organization is on the chart of Pardon Hubs we are intending to publish.
We are hoping to increase the range of services offered through you. In particular, we are now offering on-line intake to our Expungement Project through all of our community partners. If you'd like to offer this to your members, clients, participants, etc., please just REPLY and say so!
We have moved many of our services on line as well - like "Know Your Rights" training programs, advice about pardons, and so on, via Zoom, conference call, etc. Let me know if you'd like us to work with us in those or other areas. We're finding that technology is actually increasing our access to those who need our services, as they are able to maintain confidentiality -- a silver lining in the otherwise very dark cloud.

and Director, Pardon Project
According to our estimates, there are 100,000 low-income Philadelphians who have turned their lives around since finishing their sentences and who deserve to get a fresh start. The Board of Pardons has made it significantly easier to apply and is now approving over 85% of applications that they hear. How do we make the pardon process more accessible? Our answer: videos!
Earlier this year, the Thomas Skelton Harrison Foundation awarded PLSE $10,000 to create a peer-to-peer video library to help people apply for pardons. Led by veteran Philadelphia TV news anchor and PLSE Board member Renee Chenault Fattah and produced by the students in Drexel University’s Dragon Productions, the first five videos are now finished and will be posted on our website within the next few weeks. Five more videos are expected by the spring. Take a sneak peak of the first video.
